The photographer and artistic director Phillip Toledano or Mr. Toledano, as he is known, was only two years when he got his first camera. Now, around 40 years old, the British artist residing in New York, derives extraordinary conceptual visions from American society. His work, with its exuberant surfaces, evoking the world of advertising, have a disturbing and frightening quality, like a silent penetrating scream, can be seen between May and June in Miami and at the Photo Biennial in Greece.
